About Us – x1bet, Malaysia's Online Betting Platform of Choice

The Story Behind x1bet – From an Idea to Malaysia's Platform of Choice

Every great platform starts with a problem worth solving. For x1bet, it started with a simple observation: many Malaysian players interested in Sports Betting or online casino gaming were being forced onto foreign platforms that weren't built with local users in mind. No Bahasa Melayu support, unfamiliar deposit methods, odds that ignored the Malaysian sports context, and a frustrating withdrawal process. This wasn't the experience local players deserved.

Founding team x1bet made up of individuals who understood Malaysia's online gaming landscape and the real needs of local players, decided to build something different. Not just another run-of-the-mill platform, but a gaming ecosystem designed from the ground up with Malaysian players in mind – from the interface language and deposit method options to the sports on offer and the quality of customer support.

The result is x1bet as you know it today — a platform where you can bet on Malaysia Super League and EPL matches with competitive odds, play slots from the world's top providers, join a live baccarat table around the clock, try your luck with keno and lottery, or place bets on Mobile Legends e-sports matches that are taking Malaysia by storm. All of this is accessible via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, or FPX through Maybank2u — methods you already use every day.

In the years since launching, x1bet has grown into one of the most widely used online betting platforms in Malaysia. From fewer than a hundred users on day one, we now have over 50,000 active players logging in daily to enjoy the wide range of games we offer. This growth isn't down to advertising alone – it's because satisfied players recommend x1bet to their friends, who in turn became part of a steadily growing community.

And we don't stop there. Our team x1bet continuously works to add new games, improve platform speed, enhance the smartphone user experience, and introduce meaningful promotions for our loyal players. Player feedback sits at the heart of every decision we make – because at the end of the day, x1bet is for you, not for us.

X1bet's Commitment to Data Security and Responsible Gambling

Player data security is the top priority at x1bet. All personal information shared during registration – your name, phone number, and bank account details – is encrypted using the same 256-bit SSL technology used by leading financial institutions. We do not sell or share player data with any third party without the player's express consent.

When it comes to game fairness, x1bet only partners with game providers that hold licences and certifications from recognised international regulatory bodies. This means the declared RTP (Return to Player) for every slot is accurate and verifiable. Live Casino tables are streamed live from licensed studios with trained dealers – no pre-recorded footage or manipulation is possible in such a closely monitored environment.

We take responsible gambling very seriously. x1bet believe that entertainment should stay as entertainment – not a source of stress or financial difficulty. That's why our platform offers a full suite of self-control tools that players can activate at any time from their account settings:

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that you set yourself and cannot be increased immediately
• Loss limits that automatically freeze the account once the set threshold is reached
• A cooling-off feature that blocks access to gameplay for a period of your choosing
• A full self-exclusion option for players who need an extended break from betting activity
• Links to professional support resources for those who need further assistance

When it comes to sports coverage, x1bet offers markets that are highly relevant to Malaysian players. The Malaysia Super League, FA Cup Malaysia, and international badminton matches featuring Malaysian players such as Lee Zii Jia are available with competitive odds. The EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, and Serie A are also covered comprehensively with both pre-match and in-play betting options. Malaysian e-sports such as MPL Malaysia for Mobile Legends also receive full attention from the odds team x1bet.

We are also proud of our carefully curated network of casino game providers. Names such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spadegaming are among our key partners x1bet. Each provider is selected not just for their international reputation, but because their games are known to resonate with Asian players — particularly Malaysian players who have their own distinct preferences.
